Build out 2 new kitchens, 4 new bathrooms, the new Master Suite, the Great Room with vaulted ceilings, secondary bedrooms, and laundry space.
Prepping the exterior for stucco. Roof receiving waterproofing membrane.
Insulation in the great room.
Stucco going on mid-April.
Stucco and fascia on the ADU.
